PARATRIATHLON and ADAPTIVE COACHING

At STASFIT Multisport, we believe adaptive athletes deserve coaching that is individualized, performance-driven, and built around possibility — not limitation. Coaching experience spans athletes of all backgrounds and abilities, from those beginning their fitness journey to elite-level paratriathletes competing at the highest levels of sport.

Head Coach Andrew Stasinos has worked extensively within the adaptive and paratriathlon community through coaching roles with Team Semper Fi / America’s Fund, the National Ability Center, and USA Paratriathlon development camps. Through these experiences, Andrew has coached athletes with a wide range of physical impairments while helping them build confidence, independence, resilience, and high-level performance across swim, bike, and run disciplines.

As one of the early coaches to earn USAT Paratriathlon Certification, Andrew brings years of hands-on experience working directly with adaptive athletes in both training and race environments. His coaching philosophy combines education, communication, problem-solving, and individualized performance development to create training that is both sustainable and effective.

Whether your goal is completing your first sprint triathlon, improving endurance, returning to sport after injury, or competing at an elite level, STASFIT Multisport is committed to helping adaptive athletes train smarter, perform stronger, and discover what they are truly capable of.
