Head Coach Andrew Stasinos brings years of experience working with athletes ranging from first-time beginners to elite-level competitors across triathlon, Ironman 140.6, Ironman 70.3, running, cycling, and adaptive sports. Programs are built with a performance-first mindset while also prioritizing longevity, movement quality, mobility, recovery, and resilience.
